3. Can I customize a ring or jewellery design?
Yes. You can customize the metal colour, gold purity, diamond quality, ring size, engraving, and even create a completely bespoke design.

4. How long does it take to make and deliver my order?
Most made-to-order jewellery is crafted within 12–15 business days, followed by secure, insured shipping. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the design.

5. Do you offer Buyback & Exchange on jewellery?
Yes. Caratore offers both Buyback and Exchange on eligible jewellery.
