Important Terms & Conditions for Exchange, Buyback & Purchases at Caratore

• Original invoice is mandatory.

• Jewellery must pass Caratore authenticity verification.

• Gifted, promotional, collaboration, barter, sponsored, or giveaway jewellery is not eligible for exchange or buyback.

• Missing certificate: ₹2,000 per carat re-certification charge.

• Discounts, offers, and promotional benefits will be deducted from exchange / buyback value.

• Customized, engraved, altered, third-party repaired, damaged, or incomplete jewellery is not eligible for exchange or buyback.

• Gold weight excludes diamonds, gemstones, and other non-gold components.

• Caratore's valuation and eligibility decisions shall be final.
